You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — to purchase or use any product from 1Only.
Every purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reverse engineer any product or key.
License keys are bound to the username you register. Sharing keys or accounts may result in a permanent ban without refund. You are fully responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
All sales are generally final once a key has been delivered. Refund requests may be considered at our discretion if a product cannot be made to work on a supported system after reasonable support attempts. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
Use of game enhancements may violate game publishers' Terms of Service and can result in account bans or other penalties. You use all products entirely at your own risk. 1Only provides no warranty of uninterrupted service, undetectability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The following actions are strictly forbidden:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue products or features at any time. We may also update these Terms — continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Only is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including game bans, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the Service.
